Each AI-Port supports exactly one third-party camera or a UniFi Protect G3/G4/G5 camera. Future firmware updates will enable support for multiple cameras. The camera does not need to be directly connected to the AI-Port; it only needs to be on the same LAN and paired with the AI-Port via the Protect application. The AI-Port can be powered via an 802.3af/at/bt PoE input. With 802.3at input power, the PoE output provides up to 12.95W, and with 802.3bt input power, the output provides up to 25.5W.

  • Compatible with ONVIF third-party cameras
  • Advanced AI: face and license plate recognition
  • 1x PoE++/PoE+ power input
  • 1x PoE+/PoE power output
  • Directly connect or pair with a camera on the network

AI-Port brings AI features to all cameras:

  • Detection: Motion, people, vehicle, animals, speech
  • Classification: Vehicle color, vehicle type
  • Recognition: Face recognition, license plate recognition

Support for multiple cameras (is planned in a future firmware update):

  • ONVIF 2K: up to 2 cameras
  • ONVIF HD: up to 3 cameras
  • UniFi Protect: up to 5 cameras
