Ubiquiti Networks is investing a lot of money in the 60GHz portfolio. It has now launched airFiber 60 XG (AF60-XG) which is suitable for PtP solution with a range of up to 4+ km. The device is equipped with Gigabit LAN with PoE, an optical SFP+ port, a GPS module, a radome, a professional mount with fine tuning and a 5 GHz backup radio using a shared antenna with a gain of 26 dBi. Other benefits are support for Terragraph, integration into UISP, channel bonding (2× 2160 MHz) and transmission speed up to 6 Gbps.
