The MikroTik KNOT Gateway LR8 is an outdoor 4G IoT gateway for asset tracking, sensor data collection and remote monitoring. It features a LoRa gateway (868MHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, 1x 1Gbps PoE-In port, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6, 1x nano SIM slot and eSIM support. With RouterOS, it can process and filter data locally before sending it to a server.

The LTE modem supports 4G LTE Cat. 1 bis networks with speeds of up to 10Mbps downlink and 5Mbps uplink. The rugged IP66-rated design enables outdoor installation. This variant is intended for the EU market. It can be powered via 18-57V passive PoE, 802.3af/at active PoE or a 12-57V DC terminal block.
